All Sales Are Final

All payments made for our services—whether for diagnostic testing, fingerprinting, drug screening, or other offerings—are considered final once the service has been rendered. This includes:

  • Completed appointments
  • Online/ School Credentialing  Payments
  • Services administered in-person or on-site
  • Any diagnostic lab submissions made on your behalf

Because of the nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds once testing or service has been performed.


Store Credit Exceptions

In certain limited circumstances, store credit may be authorized at the sole discretion of BlueStar Diagnostics. These may include:

  • Appointment canceled with advance notice
  • Customer was unable to receive the service due to a system error or staff issue
  • A verifiable scheduling error occurred on our part

If a store credit is issued, it will be applied toward a future service appointment and must be used within 90 days of the issue date.


Missed Appointments or No-Shows

Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for refund or store credit. We ask all clients to arrive on time for scheduled services. Late arrivals may be rescheduled at our discretion and may incur additional fees.
